Crescent Beach Invitational Concours d'Elegance Entry Form

The planning committee of the Crescent Beach Invitational and its primary sponsor, Pelling Insurance, are pleased to announce our 2011 inaugural event was a huge success and we will return in 2012 to hold what will now be an annual event at Blackie Spit in Crescent Beach, British Columbia.

We are searching for nominations of exceptional automobiles and motorcycles to be included in the 2012 event Saturday, September 1st, 2012.

From these nominations, a sourcing committee will select up to 80 outstanding collector automobiles and motorcycles from Canada and the United States. The entry form is attached for your consideration.

There will be a reception on Friday night, August 31st.

For 2012, the event has gained full ‘Concours d’Elegance’ status and Class awards will be decided upon by a judging team. In addition, special trophies will be awarded recognizing Participant’s Choice, Public’s Choice, Most Elegant Pre War and Post War Cars, Best Presented Motorcycle, Chairman’s Award for Style and Elegance and the National Association of Automobile Clubs of Canada Preservation Award. The NAACC has officially sanctioned this event.

Enclosed with this letter is an Entry Form. Please consider nominating vehicles you feel may qualify from your own collection or other vehicles with which you are acquainted. Please pass this information on to anyone you know who owns a superlative automobile or motorcycle that would meet the high standards of the Crescent Beach Invitational Concours d’Elegance.
